Chalet Updates!

Here to update you guys about our upcoming chalet! Excited? Lol.

Date: 2-4 Dec (In less than 2 weeks!!!!)
Venue: Costa Sands Pasir Ris (Last year the 2 room one but address hvn't get from Eileen yet,
watch this space ty.)
List of people attending: (Note: In blue = those staying 2 nights, in pink = those staying 1 night,

Bbq details: I haven't book anything yet, only asked Eileen to book 2 pits. www.bbqwholesale.com requires the chalet address to order, and I hvn't gotten it yet.
And the food I'm planning to order from them are:

1 Packet of Otah (x50) $12.50
2 Packets of Chicken Satay (x100) $25
1 Packet of buffalo wing, bbq original (x30) $11.50
1 Packet of Chicken Chop, Black Pepper (x10) $16
1 Packet of Chicken Chop, Bbq original (x10) $16
3 Packets of Stingray (x30) $36
1 Packet of Cheese Potato Roll $9

Total cost: $126 + $5 delivery charge= $131
Total amount of $ collected for bbq: $145
Total amount left: $14

I'm bringing Jellies to the bbq. Allan sponsoring drinks. Can you all sponsor smth pls? Cos the food for bbq quite little.

Suggestions of items you can sponsor:
Hotdogs x5 packets, altogether 60 hotdogs (Can get from ntuc for about $11)
Utensils (Eg. Plastic disposible forks, spoons, plates, serviettes, cups)
BBQ materials (Eg. Charcoal, Bamboo skewers, Trays, Tongs, Margarine, Brush etcetc)

You can share the cost with some people, then you all buy the stuff and bring to chalet :D
Please bring at least 1 item listed above, so the remaining $14 left can be used to buy other stuff like sparklers, plastic bubbles, etc stuff to share.

After reading this post, please inform me which item you are going to bring by 30th Nov, thanks :)

You can suggest other food to order instead for the bbq, either post or tag on the class blog.

Other stuff you can bring to the chalet:
Dvds (We can have a movie marathon! ^^)
Plastic ball (For ball games like Captain's ball, etc)
Board games
Playing cards
Others? Haha.

Note: Ms Lim says cannot bring illegal stuff like alcoholic drinks, so pls don't bring any to the chalet. Thanks :]

Midnight Movie! :D (1st night)
BBQ (1st evening)
Cycling
Watching movies
Playing card/board/ball games
K-boxing?
Going to the arcade?
Any more suggestions? haha

Amount of cash to bring to the chalet:
Any amount, make sure it's sufficient to last you for the duration of your stay.
Eg You can bring like $20++ if you're going for both days, and subsequent larger amounts for those staying for either 1/2 nights.

More details about the chalet to be posted closer to the date itself, like the place to meetup and stuff.

Remember to check the class blog often & help to spread the msg around to those who don't frequent the blog :D
